With deep roots in Las Terrenas and over two decades of experience, she leads the firm's brokerage operations, client relationships and strategic direction. Her background spans real estate licensing, investment advisory and condominium governance across the Samaná Peninsula.

Carlos oversees daily brokerage operations, client advisory and the firm's technology infrastructure. With a background spanning property management, finance and insurance across multiple markets, he brings a methodical, data-driven approach to every client engagement. He manages the majority of direct client relationships and ensures the firm's standards are applied consistently from first inquiry through closing and beyond.
